Claimant says:
"Prepaid $519.21 for 6 lawn treatments and core aeration & over seeding. Weeds are spreading like crazy since the over seeding and he has only been here twice. The last time he came all my good grass turned brown and he dumped some of the chemicals on the side lawn on a hill in two areas and the grass burned away.

Today I call to see when he was coming again (funny coincidence, he never comes unless I call).

I mentioned to Dan Miller, the owner the problems I have had with the burned areas and the good grass turning brown. I didn't even mention the "bad" seed that had germinated from his sparce seeding. But, no matter the grass is coming up in the rocks and mulch where I did not want grass to grow!

I asked him to please come and see what this looks like. It's worse than when he began. (Just as a note, the last time I called him, he said he should hire me because I was so patient with him...) He went into a tirade and called me crazy and was swearing at me and said he would send back the money and cancel my service.

I do not trust him because I over paid in the first place by $15.00 and he said he would send me a check for the overpayment and then never did. I think I might have to take him to small claims court because he was abusive to me and would not even come here and see what his worker had done to my yard! Please help. No one should endure this kind of verbal abuse just for asking for service..."
