  • According to the US Department of Labor, the department will seek to enforce the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), regardless of whether a worker is documented or undocumented. This act allows for enforcement, at a minimum, of an employee's rights to at least minimum wage. If workers are not being paid correctly or at all at your location, you should immediately contact the local office of the Department of Labor Wage
