Claimant says:
"GETTING RUN-AROUND IN GETTING GAS RANGE MODEL NUMBER LSG4511ST AND DISHWASHER MODEL NUMBER LDT5665ST DELIVERED TO MY HOME ADDRESS 5432 31ST STREET NW WASHINGTON DC  THE STORE IS HOME DEPOT NUMBER 2583 NE WASHINGTON, DC TERLEPHONE NUMBER OF STORE IS 202-526-8760 EXT 251  THIS ORDER WAS PLACED ON NOVEMBER 17 ON-LINE  DELIVERY WAS SCHEDULED FOR LL/20 CANCELLED, AGAIN  11/24 AGAIN CANCELLED VISITED THE STORE ON LL/25 SPOKE WITH JACKIE IN APPLIANCES AND WAS REASSURED BY JACKIE THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK AND NO PROBLEM WITH GETTING ORDER DELIVERED I THINK ORDER WAS RESCHEDULED FOR 11/28 NO SHOW SPOKE WITH JACKIE AGAIN AND HOMNE DEPOT WAS HAVING A PROBLEM LOCATING THESE ITEMS.  JACKIE WAS GOING TO HAVE HER SUPERVISOR SPEAK WITH ME WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES AND THEN WAS TOLD BY JACKIE THAT SHE WAS TRYING TO LOCATE A SUPERVISOR TO SPEAK WITH ME AND WOULD CALL BACK.  THE CALL BACK WASTHE NEXT EVENING FROM THE MANAGER OF kITCHEN AND bATH WHICH MY HUSBAND SPOKE WITH  AND GOT THE NAME OF THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THE WHOLE STORE CHICO EVANS WHICH WE DID NOT YET SPEAK WITH i LAST SPOKE WITH A tONY IN ONLINE ORDERING AND SHE WAS GOING TO CALL DELIVER SERVICES AND GET BACK TO ME  NO CALL BACK YET.  I HAVE PAID FOR THESE ITEMS AND CANNOT GET THEM DELIVERED.  LAST I HEARD  DELIVERY SERVICE WAS HOLDING RANGE AND DISHWASHER WAITING FOR A DRYER AND WASHER TO COME IN SO ALL ITEMS WOULD BE DELIVERED YESTERDAY LL/30 AT ONE TIME,  THE GAS DRYER AND WASHER WERE DELIVERED YESTERDAY BUT NO GAS RANGE AND DISWASHER.  I PAID HOME DEPOT OVER 6, 000.00 FOR  FOUR ITEMS AND CANNOT GET ANYONE  IN THIS STORE OR ONLINE OR DELIVERY OR INSTALLATION TO DO THERE JOB AND GET MY APPLIANCES TO ME.  tHE PHONE NUMBER FOR HOME DEPOT IS 202-5268760.  i ALSO FEEL THAT SINCE i HAVE WAITED SO LONG FOR DELIVERY OF THESE ITEMS AND GONE THROUGH A BIG PROBLEM WITH THE STORE IN  GETTING THE ITEMS THAT i SHOULD BE COMPENSATED BY THE STORE FOR THE FRUSTRATION THAT I HAD HAD AND STILL HAVING WITH THIS PROBLEM RESOLVED.  PLEASE HELP
