Claimant says:
"We purchased a four piece LG kithen from HHGregg on November 28,2016. It was to be delivered the second week in December. We have waited almost six monthes and we still do not have the dishwasher that went with our set even after the manager promised to upgrade us for our patience!!!  The delivery was set many times and after not showing up many times and when we were told it was in-stock, when we called after they did not show up,they claimed it wasn't in-stock.  After at least 15-20 phone calls that were never returned-they still claimed it was out of stock-both the original and the upgraded. I have even called "Corporate and they said they were sorry but there was none available and ther was nothing they can do. So after almost six monthes we have no dishwasher but they have had our money this whole time!My last hope is BBB to resolve this fairly since the price of this dishwasher has gone up over $500.00 since last November!!!!!! What do I do Next??????"
