Claimant says:
"I contracted (verbally) to have them detail my 2003 Fleetwood Motor Home, by just buffing out the fiberglass to brighten the gloss on the outside and clean the inside. I was quoted 250.00 for the job. We said OK. We brought it down to him and provided the compund material he specified. left it with him on Saturday AM and he said it would be done about 40-5 PM that day.
he called us about 11 AM saying it was all done. We went down and what a mess. it was not buffed out, he had sprayed it with clear coat and lookied like it was done with spray can. it was all blotchey, dirt was not washed, just sprayed over. he said If i didnt give him the 250.00 I could not have my keys back. He was visibly drunk and incoherent. Clearly not a way to do business.

I now find it will cost several thousand dollars to correct his errors. We are retirees, living on a fixed income. I told him i would take him to court and his attitude was "Ya gotta do what you gotta do" We figured in a small community the odds were against us, so we did not pursue... but now we are stuck with a terrible job, our rig ruined and nowhere to turn."
