Claimant says:
"I took my car there for repairs and I was told it would take 2 weeks. My car was taken there due to a car accident that I was in. The person that hit me put me in a rental car for the time being. There was no communication between the insurance company and Hall Auto regarding the need to extend my rental car. Therefore I was charged $223.30. Hall asked me to fax them a reciept and they would cover ONLY 3 days and they still have not done that. I have been driving my husbands car for 3 weeks and he has been car pooling. This has been a huge inconvience!
Another problem was they ordered a wrong part and that took an extra week...also the morning they told me to pick my car up it was not ready. They forgot to put the pin stripe back on and there was tape all along the back glass. From day one the customer service has been horrible and I will never go back again. I feel I should be better compensated for going thru this for 2 months...since June 24th and I picked my car up Saturday, August 14. Also... they had my file under a wrong name and I asked them the 1st time to correct it...they never did. So even the day I picked up my car they could not locate my file!"
