"I have worked with this company since Oct 2013. After they rec'd all of my upfront money they seemed to have disappeared. I have about numerous telephone numbers but no one returns the call. Mr Dale Connors seems to have disappeared totally.
They have not preformed any service that I have paid for. I have a loan modification disclosure and Agreement that stated they would work with my mortgage company(s) to get a better interest rate, get my principal reduced to match economy, Charge off excess principal on home,etc.
BBB of California does not recognize them. Have they dropped the ball? Almost 6 months without any results.

  • Hi, we also fell on this Scam. We researched a lot but this people used a name very similar to a legitimate company. We are out almost $5000 dollars. Apparently there is a Newport Beach detective already working in this case, according to some comments I found online: Detective Camick (949) 644-3681

  • This too, happened to me. I gave them almost $3000 upfront to get a modification and it did not happen. They emailed me an approval with our second mortgage company and then after they received the payment, they claimed they were working with the first. I just received word that the first will not do a modification...and of course now, I cannot get Jim Bradley or the processor on the phone.

  • We, too, were scammed just like the claimant. We researched but obviously not well enough! I'd welcome a class action law suit against this company or some type of settlement.
