Claimant says:
"Wade Cockran the operator installed a water heater for me for my in ground Spa within 5 month the heater started leaking that was in September 2015 which was installed in April 2015. FYI your information the previous heater was in operation for 27 years with no problems at that point it started leaking then replaced by a Hayward heater. When the installer Mr. Cockran came he saw the leak and created a bypass so the water would not leak said he would come back and pick up the heater some weeks later he came and took the heater with him later he called me told me that the company would not allow the warranty he never showed any report. Said he would bring me a report that the heater had been siting in the warehouse for a year which did not make sense warranty should
start at time of installation. He told me he was going to take the heater and see if he could fix it after I called, text and emailed several times he has never responded although he told me he would take care of it. I have waited 3 month never heard from this man again I would like to get my heater back fixed and replaced."
