"i was hired last Saturday and the owner Michael Ording has been unwilling to provide hiring paperwork besides a time sheet. I have been working this whole week with the owner and today (payday) he told me good luck to get paid after I had driven 1 hour to get to the job for unknown reasons to me.
This whole week I have had to deal with Michael bantering of women and how he was arrested for rape at one time . he even went as far as telling me my wife would not be interested in me anymore once she meets him but I kept working because i needed the job. He promised me a work truck, etc but now I have worked for over a week listening to his rantings with nothing to show for it.
I do have texts he send me as proof and I have the time sheet also"

  • I was hired on 03/26 because Michael said the last employee did not show up for work. after being at work for 2 hours Casey(the so-called ex-employee) called Michael asking why he had not picked him up to come to work and Michael told him he did not work there anymore. This should have told me that Michael was a crook especially when he asked me to call Casey myself to scare him but I refused telling Michael I was only there to work and I needed the job.
    Michael never paid for my lunch. We went to the Honey baked ham company many times as Michael likes to spend much time there since those are his neighbors and I was told I could always get free food there. They offered me a sandwich twice.
    Michael spent much time flirting with women while on job and bad mouthing his wife and mine even though he never met her to the point that I asked him how old he was and why he was acting like a teenager in heat.
    Michael refused every day to fill out my hiring paperwork saying we would do it next day. The day he was supposed to pay me is the day he suddenly decided I was not working for him anymore after making me drive 1 hour to meet him and i feel that this is normal behavior from him so he doesnt have to pay his employees.
    I have never contacted his wife.
    the only thing I want is the pay I am owed but I will take this further if needed and will file harrassment complaints against Michael if he doesnt stop.
    I have texts from him showing that he says he will send someone over to beat me up or worse.
    I have all paperwork showing hours worked and witnesses proving that my claim is legitimate.
