Claimant says:
"I was an associate with GlobalVerge Internet company which handle many services including Cell Phones and cells phones plans. I have attempted to get a working cell phone since mid 2009! It has-been one thing after another and I have paid a lot of money and have not had a working cell phone. I am asking for $175.00 in refunds, a portion of what I have spent in an attempt to have service with the company that I was associate with. I have numerous calls and support tickets that were required since it is impossible to reach support technician. I finally return the last phone they sent me in August, It did work but it had an out of area phone number and everyone would have had to call me long distant. I returned the phone and request to get a different phone with a local number. I kept getting promise that they would look into it refund but none thing has happen and I want some of the money I have spent with this company, GlobalMobile1!

I do not have an account number or the last phone number they assigned because it was returned immediately. I do have one phone number used while trying to transport my 919-259-4796, the number is 919-475-0930, they never could get the cell phone number transported. I do have many of the ticket number they assigned when I filed a support ticket. It's has-been a very frustrating ordeal and I just want to get some of ht money back.
