Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I do no believe this process was ethical. I'm not stupid but I fell for this pitch like a country bumpkin. The process for cancelling was poor and even if it followed Navada state law it was severely flawed. I would have to have started the cancellation process the next day and since I was on vacation or traveling ON A WEEKEND I did not have the opportunity to cancel. I of course could not cancel by TELEGRAPH.!
Why could we not use the fax or email system!!!"

  • I understand its you job to sell...but where does lieing come in play??? they sat there and said we had unlimited vacations for $199 (rci) ...we asked about ALL INCLUSIVE hotels...yes its still 199 no hidden fees...dats a damn lie...i can go on travelocity and book a vacay cheaper on that...they will not answer emails or return phone calls!!!!
