Claimant's opinion: I purchased a used vehicle from the last week Monday September 29th, 2014. I bought it through my credit union so it was a simple purchased of exchanging money/car. When I got the car home and had it inspected, I was told the VIN number on the car and the motor did not match. The car lot gave me a print out of a clean car fax and promised me there were no problems with the car. I drove all the way from Chesnee, SC to buy this car for my son and find out it's salvaged. They lied to sell a car. 2005 Nissan 350z
We have also realized that the heat doesnt work on this car nor does the radio. After raising the hood, my husband found there is no thermostat on the car. we will make no modifications. MY SON is having to drive this car with NO HEAT.
I called GCC yesterday 10/16/14 and requested a call back. They are avoiding me. will not call nor email me. I'm extremely upset and ready for some legal action against these people. They should not be allowed to sell vehicles in this condition to ANYONE!
Status states Negotiation however, there has been not contact from the dealer. I have placed a claim with the governors office of Georgia.

I would like to thank the BBB of Gainesville GA for helping me with this matter. I received a call from the Governor's Office in Atlanta, GA this morning. They are looking into the case :) thank you all again for your assistance. I would not have been able to go as far as I have with this claim if not for PeopleClaim ADministration. THANK YOU!
I received another call from the Governors office of Georgia :) I have also filed a complaint with the Used Car Board of Georgia as well. Things are looking up for getting this taken care of!

additional comment, from the heat issue, this does in fact seem like a car thats been stitched together by someone- either the dealer or previous owner- who might be a wholesaler or body shop etc. Unless you agreed to purchase it in "as in" condition, you should be entitled to a full refund in my view.
