"They call themselves modification service.They're sloppy,negligent,and lazy and uncommitted and incompetent.No response from bank. Don't even know if it was even submitted. BEWARE of these people.Took my money and did not perform efficiently enough for any results!!!!!"

  • I had the best experience, I came to them initially for my 1 home for a modification,it went completely as i was told....there were no promises or guarantees on what a lender ultimately decides, however I was asked to make a commitment and sign an agreement that anything my Processor asked me for that i would get it to them within a timely manner...no more than week after the request was made. I adhered to that because this my home and livelihood and legacy for my family, I did not procrastinate. I received a loan modification and then Gantt worked on my home that I have tenents in...that was successful also, because of my personal experience, my father who lives in another state received help also...my fathers process was a little quicker than mine

  • I would definitely encourage you to do several things in this dispute. First, you should check out the website www.loanscamalert.org, which details scams that are associated with the loan modification industry. Second, you should contact your Attorney General’s office, in order to see if they have set up some form of consumer protection or assistance for people that have contracted with one of these companies. Third, you need to get in contact with your mortgage company, and a HUD certified housing counselor as soon as possible. It is my understanding, if you are located in Georgia, that a foreclosure for being delinquent on your mortgage does not need to go through the court system, and a non-judicial foreclosure can occur very quickly. You want to make sure your mortgage company is aware that you contracted with a third party that did nothing for you, and that you are working towards working something out.
