garnishment order#: 69412 31549 97654 070 ( ...18 digits)

This is in response to the FTB sudden garnishment of $109.91 from my bank account without due process, or any knowledge or consent of the bank customer. I wish to call attention to the fact that they already garnished this amount last year( see attachment,Bank of Guam bank statement). Since this is a 'double dipping' accounting oversight, I wish to have this matter reviewed.[The erroneous action was caused by FTB accounting error?]
PeopleClaim states on their website,that if a response, or a resolution to this dispute is not received by a pre-determined date, the complaint will be posted to Peopleclaim's network of websites,online forums,blogposts,etc. Or attorneys interested in cases involving 'disputes w/ government agencies', vis a vis, disgorgement of past fraudulent enrichment tax garnishments.
Since I cannot change their business policies, & do not hold out much hope of getting a response,much less a tax refund to correct their error, I am closing out my Umpqua bank account in protest( They did manage to embezzle $39.61,so I hope they are happy.)
I have no other statements to make,other than I did in fact contact the Public Inquiry Unit,Department of Justice,P.O.B. 944255, Sacramento, Ca. 94244- 2550. ( The FTB states that they will only respond to taxpayer inquiries via the Public Inquiry Unit. They responded in kind,by stating they will not offer assistance to ripped off taxpayers(open an investigation) in tax cases less than $5,000( WASTE OF TAXPAYER DOLLARS)..
I can think of a couple of agencies I think are a waste of money, too."
