Statement of Claim
"I live in an apartment for 19 months, the first lease i sign was 7 months and i added 12 months to my lease after the first lease expired and only living room window blind was changed, the apartment manager ask me to move out because i complaint about roaches several times with a new baby, she told me they can only allow 4 in 2 bedroom that i have to move out at the end of my lease in which i did after 6 weeks she send me a bills consist of compromised list which i did not have anything to with.
the only thing that damage from my hand was the restroom door and i did not ask for the deposit because of that and to wash the living room rugs if necessary. one month before we vacate the place one of the maintenance came and check everywhere and only saw the kitchen sink leaking and came to fix it. i will attach the bills and my first lease agreement below"

  • Tenant did not follow written instructions to keep apartment clean in dealing with roaches that did not occur until tenant moved in. Management has photos of unclean apartment, as well as complaints from other tenants regarding odor. Management sprayed apartment many times at no charge to tenant, as well as scheduled quarterly treatment of all apartments. Pest Control company noted that tenant did not cooperate with best practices to assist pest treatment and noted that apartment had poor housekeeping creating conditions for roaches. Tenants were asked by management to vacate due to not cooperating. Pest control also found bedbugs in the apartment upon move out. Tenant had other lease violations while living in the apartment. Tenant's opinion of cleanliness does not meet that of the lease requirements. Management will not change charges owed by Tenant.

  • The first time i moved in, i saw a dead roach in the bthtud when i went to check the apartment,. She told me they have treated it. Pertain to the puctures she said, ppl came to visit me for the new baby and cook for them and some things from ppl to return in d next day and sam (maintenance) started taking the pictures of cooler and where i store my food and claimed that sink is leaking

  • I told her d odor is not from my apartment bcs i also smell the same odor from outside and it was bad odor. So i told her to come check by herself

  • The last time the pest man came to my house, he said he will come and never show up again and i have to buy a raid purple colour from walmart everytime to kill the roaches. Others told me about helping them smoking the apartment and i told her but she refused to do it
