"Dear Sir or Madam.
I purchased a new Black Label Lincoln MKZ from Pacifico Lincoln on Saturday November 5, 2016. Within the first month of ownership I started to have computer issues.The computer touch screen totally shut down and rebooted itself while I was driving it.I have also had a problem with the the switch that controls the headlights. The Pacifico Lincoln and the representative from Lincoln has said Ford knows of the problems and they are working on it.Pacifico Lincoln has sent me a notice that this has happened on 2016 and 2017 MKZs. I am driving a car that i do not know if the car will shut down or have a major
problem and the Lincoln rep. said I have to wait and see if Ford comes up with a fix for the computer glitches.Ford is manufacturing a car that they know has problems and is not alerting the public about it because of sales.My car has 2200 miles on it and it can not be fixed at this time.I am hoping you can help me with this. Many people will be in this place I am now and I am sure many already am"
