Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"yes i canceled my subscription out with them on the 26 may before my last billing cycle they did not cancel my subscription out like they where supposed to of there records are wrong as i have the email i sent them they refuse to refund my money that they took out of my account because they did not do there job of canceling my subscription out. so they think that they can charge people for services that they did not render.
