"This company stoles our 9 mm gun and a case of bullets from us. The quoted was a flat rate to move, and afterwards quoted us something totally different. These people are Scam artist, and thieves. Don't allow them into your home. They will rip you off."

  • In regards to bad business practices: As it was stated on the reply to the BBB I have been very compliant and forthcoming with information with the detective and with the customer(s) regarding their missing valuables. We advised them to wait at least 30 days to see how the investigation goes. If the investigation proves that my workers did in fact take your valuables then we would reimburse you. We never did have a follow up conversation after the 30 days. The investigation is still pending, therefore no resolution has been made and would be premature on our part to not complete the investigation. The $300 on the declaration of value is referencing damaged goods or property.
    Overcharge or billing error: The flat rate that was quoted initially was for a home in Powder Springs. The move was cancelled 4 or 5 times before they decided on a home in Dallas, GA, which is further out. It was agreed before the day of the move that it would be a hourly rate of 3 men for $140 per hour. The clock began when the workers showed up at the address that they were moving from until completion of the job. We did not and do not charge any customer drive time to get to the start point. This was explained to Mr. Lewis days before the move via text and verbally on the day of the move. There was no overcharge of any sort, this is a totally false statement and founded as complete slander and once again attacking the integrity of my company.
    Poor Value for Money: Our company operates with professionalism and integrity. We have a outstanding reputation and prepares to maintain it. This incident is unfortunate and has been slanderous to my company without allowing us an opportunity to complete the necessary steps to resolve the allegation.

  • I forgot to also mention that I did not tell Mrs. Lewis that I defend the guys who worked on her job. All 3 workers have been let go until the investigation is complete. Mrs. Lewis was never told that any of the 3 guys were still working for the company. Once again, stop putting out false information in regards to me or my company.
