Claimant says:
"Ordered three packs of two (total of 6) Makita BL 1830 replacement lithium rechargeable batteries on9/28/2015. They arrived several days later and were put into stock unopened.
Recently was cleaning out shop and checking inventory. Opened one pack of batteries (two in each pack) and found it labeled, "Masione Power Tool Battery for BL 1815. Thinking it might substitute for the BL 1830 listed on the original order form, I put it on the BL1830 charger. It would not take a charge. Not only were the wrong batteries shipped, but at least both of those which have been opened, are defective. I called the Factory Outlet Store to ask them to exchange these for the right battery ... which they still list as for sale on the internet ... and they refused to rectify their mistake, as to the wrongly shipped batteries or the fact that at least the first two are defective."
