Claimant says:
"I bought a dinning room set, Table and six chairs. On December 21 2011.Crown Mark is the company that is making the furniture. I paid 1,409.30 for this set. I paid 800.00 on the 21st or December. Went in on January 18th and paid balance of 524.30, left balance of 0.00 dollars.
I will try to come as close to the date I have called. It seemed to be every two weeks.

Feb 17th next Feb 29th, March 16th, March 30th, April 13, 27th, Next May 11. Just keep putting me off another week. I was told back in March that my set was made but they do not have a full load to ship.
F W S Home Furnishings 4199 Transit Road Williamsvill . 633-0022.Called May22 was told to hold on one more week. I told them I will be in for my money.

  • The dining room set will be shipped to us the week of June 5th. The original order was damaged and was returned tot he manufacturer. The manufacturer was then out of stock on this product. We would be willing to offer a $200.00 credit for the inconvenience if you would like to wait for dining room set. If you do not want to wait we can process a full refund on June 1st. Thank you so much and have a wonderful day.

  • I will wait for June 9th. That is it!!! If I really idin't like the set I would call it quits.
    To satiffy me I would much rather have the cash.(200.00 dollars) I don't think you have anything there for 200.00 dollars that I need.
    If it is not here by the 11th of June I will be there for my money , for dinning room set and pads.
