Claimant says:
"Was suppose to get a trial of a skin product for the shipping and handling cost of $4.95.  Today, a charge of $109.00 was placed on my M&T debit card.  Called the company and told them I did not even receive the trial  offer but was charged the $4.95 for the shipping and handling cost.  I asked to be refunded my money and the rep said that I did not cancel the account in the 20 day alloted time before I was charged for this product.  I told the rep that I did not received any package or trial offer and I wanted him to refund my $109.00.  I asked to speak to his supervisor but he just kept on telling me that the package was delivered to my house.  I got the tracking number of 92748999983084513009471993 and looked it up on the USPS website.  I stated that it was delivered to my house at 2542 Old Ocean City Road, Salisbury, Maryland 21804.  I told him I did not receive the package and that I needed my refund.  He was so arrogant that I got so upset, I hung up on him.  He called me back and told me that we  had been disconnected and I told him that I had hung up on him and that I was going to get in contact with the BBB of Maryland and the Attorney General for the State of Maryland and I then ended the call."

  • I checked the tracking number and it just shows Salisbury, MD - no street address. Did anyone sign for it?

    Have you talked to the PO? Mailbox theft can be an issue and so can mis-delivery. Check with your neighbors, too, in case they got it and haven't got around to bringing it to your house.
