Claimant says:
"Edward had lost his Card to get money from the bank. He asked me to help out on several occasions.
Three times his phone service was supposed to be turned off. I gave him $ 12 for 3 day phone service than $15 for the same 3 day service. Then I paid for a whole month service $50.
He needed money for the Electric bill, other wise they would turn off the service $30.
He he needed money for sanding paper for his door $2.
Cigarettes and cigars on different occasions $30.
He needed money to get into Merllins plus money for drinks. $80. At first I bought him drinks, but then I gave him money to keep better track what he owes me.
$40 at the Mohegan Sun Casino.
Edward told me that he would pay me back on the first of the month. That was supposed to be October 1st 2013.
When I got to his house he did not wanted to give me my money back. I had a friend with me in my car. His name is Daniel Abrams. After Edward yelled at me for no reason, saying he does not owe me money he finally agreed to give me some money. He went to the next gas station. We followed in my car. When Edward came out of the store, he said that the cash machine was down and he can not give me money.
Since that time Edward wanted to give me my money back, but there was always an excuse why he could not pay me. A friend killed himself, somebody in his family has cancer, he sent me and money order etc.
I have not received any money from Edward. He owes me $250.
For two months I offered Edward, if he pays me back $125, i would be satisfied, but after all his lies I want the the whole amount of $250 plus interest.
I have proof that Edward owes me that money on my cellphone from all the texting we did."
