Claimant says:
"Ms. Lynn Morris seeks payment in full to fix damages incurred by daily blasting over the course of approximately 3 wks., from about January 14 THROUGH about February 1, 2013.
Ms. Marris experienced continuance of entire house shaking and rattling due to the blasting that ensued in the Beckwith Farms location. In the weeks following the blasting, Ms. Morris noticed numerous cracks in the celing and walls in her kitchen and bedrooms.

S. & A. Construction of Raleigh performed expansive renovations to the interior of her house and they took place LESS than one year ago, so the house was in impeccable shape PRIOR to the blasting occurring. Therefore, the current damage can only be directed entirely to the continued and proximate lasting in Beckwith Farms.

Immediately following the blasting and the discovery of damages, Ms. Morris contacted the town of Apex to investigate the effects of the blasting. GeoSonics of Raleigh, apparently approached by East Coast Drilling, after photographing damages upon 3 separate visits to her home, provided its report indicating that the blasing on Jan. 14 7 15 2013 would not have caused the damages noted. However, the report appears to IGNORE THE DAILY BLASTING BEYOND THOSE TWO DATES, CONTINUING FOR APPROXIMATELLY 3 WEEKS THROUGH FEBRUARY 1. Since GeoSonics' evaluation only included 2 of the approximately 15 days of blasting, it cannot be reasonably relied upon as an appropriate indicator of the blasting effects!

S. & A. Construction can attest to the state of the house following its renovations and assigns the current damages to the blasting in Beckwith Farms. An estimate was provided by S. & A., and has fixed the damages of $2,000 attributable to the blasting.

Ms. Morris therefore requests that East Coast Drilling pay $2,000 for repair and making the same request of Toll Brothers, amenable to sharing the costs in proportion jointly in which the payment in full of $2,000 be paid promptly to Ms. Morris.

We would appreciate every courtesy in responding to this remedy for enforcement.
