On or around September 12th, 2013 I was approached by Saul Locke representing E. Mullen Licensed Contractor PA007315, asking if I would like to have my driveway sealed. Saul said that he has enough material to do my driveway of 1485 square feet, and if I would have it done now, he would give me a good price, as not to have to haul the material back to Mechanicsburg.

I agreed to have it done at .26 cents a square foot. After Saul finished he assured me that the streaks that were in the driveway would disappear. Saul also said that he would be back to clean the over spray off the house and garage wall. I have attempted to resolve this problem with Saul, Ezra, and Eddie Mullin. I offered to send pictures to Mr. Mullin, but he has no email for me to send them to.

Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved. I requested that E. Mullin:

1) Follow up and have the driveway re-sprayed properly, or
2) Refund $371.25, and
3) The cost of cleaning the overspray

I asked Mr. Mullin to contact within 5 days to confirm that he will honor my request. I told Mr. Mullin that I have prepared a complaint for submission to the proper agencies for investigation, and I would not file the complaint if he resolved the problem with in this time period.

I sent a letter to Mr. Mullen on 11/06/2013 along with several phone conversations.
