"I RESPONDED TO A RADIO COMMERCIAL TO RECEIVE 50 FREE LEADS. I SIGNED AN ORDER FOR A FREE TRIAL PERIOD AND GAVE MY CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENTS. THE TOTAL ORDER WAS FOR $4,600.00. MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED A TOTAL OF $1915.90. i NEVER USED THE PRODUCT AFTER THE FREE TRIAL PERIOD BECAUSE IT WAS NOT WHAT I NEEDED OR DESCRIBED TO ME BY THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE. I EXPLAINED THAT I WANTED A PRODUCT CALLED DODGE REPORTS BY DUN & BRADSTREET NOT THE HOOVERS BUILD A LIST PRODUCT. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY BENEFIT FROM THE PROGRAM THEY WERE OFFERING. NOW THEY ARE BILLING ME FOR THE BALANCE OF THE ORDER $2,684.10.
