"on 11/15/2013 I gave a one thousand dollar deposit to a sales rep. for a job to be done by dream house windows at one point they said they could not install what I was looking for an they have been giving me the run around yester day I was told the company had a fire I talked to the fire marshal in that township he said they had no report of a fire in 7 or 8 years he stated that he had others calls about this address 141 copper road.west berlin,n.j."

  • AN INVESTIGATION IS OCCURRING AND ALL VICTIMS should contact the Berlin Police Department 856-767-4234 or 856-783-4900. If you still cannot get through to someone try calling the Camden County Prosecutor's Office 856-225-8400 for guidance. If the Berlin Police Department cannot assist you because you reside in a different jurisdiction you may have to call your local police department to file criminal charges. You should also contact your local Department of Consumer Affairs if one exists in your town. If one does not then call the NJ State Attorney General's Office 973-504-6200. You can file a complaint on line for both Consumer Affairs and Attorney General's Office. If you want to file criminal charges in addition you need to do so at the police department.
