"NAS Doors is a door company located in the Hialeah area of Miami, Dade County.
They advertize extensively and are a fixture at the HOME SHOWS.

Have orderd doors from them over 16 months ago -- with no delivery or installation in sight. I understand that there are at least 50 others in the same situation. Probably more. We are planning to litigate -- and are inquiring of the State Attorney to see if there is a possibility of a criminal proceeding (fraud) - taking deposits with no intent to deliver. Would like you to look into this company.

Message from Doors-Us - Unlimited Security Doors Inc - Nas Unlimited Doors Llc: We have been in touch with Mr. Roberts and have explained the reasons for the delay in recieving his doors. Furthermore we have sent Mr. Roberts pictures of his Custom Fabricated Doors as proof that they have been produced and will be delivered to him as soon as they arrive from the factory and clear customs. In addition we have offered Mr. Roberts a free interior door as compensation for any inconvenience. He has agreed to these terms and has given us the required measurements for the interior door. We expect his doors to arrive in our warehouse shortly and will contact him for delivery as soon as they clear customs and are in our possession.

  • I have sued and won a judgment against NAS Unlimited Doors aka Sergio Mattig. He has yet to settle this judgment and it is impossible to locate him. This has been an ongoing issue since September 2012. There is very little info about this company on line, but what I did find was worthless in terms of Mattig settling my judgment against him and his company. Any positive reviews on this site are either the lucky one or bogus.

  • If you want to get ripped off and treated with contempt, please buy from NAS Doors. Their products are garbagge and they are unable to service them. Bought a door from them that looked fantastic but started to peel the day after installation.
    It has been 4 months since I have first contacted their "outstanding" customer service, with no result. Tried various consumer protection institutions but they are toothless/ useless at protecting us against con artists. In hindsight, I should have done my homework better and reserch the online reviews before buying from them.
