Claimant says:
"Dominion got me to enrol in their home protection plan(s). I am paying about $50.00 a month for these services.

The co tries to hire most untrained mechanics to save money. When you phone to report a problem a totally UN professional person after many minutes of waiting attends to you. If you have a problem with a problem that is not solved or worsen at times, she would respond something like well may be they should have done it or refused it or something like that. You never hear. I am sorry let me transfer to an specialist.

2 wks ago there was an electrical problem, I called and I mentioned that in the past there was only one co (I named the co and the mechanic that had come). I said could you please have the same person from the same co come. operator said yes.
When somebody knocked on the door a day or 2 later, I did not recognized the man, I told him: you are not Denis?? He replied laughing he is fired. It was after the man left I realized that his van has signs other that the one I was asking for and this man fraudulently was lying about Denis and Hickman co that I was referring to.

This man had no paper work with him, did not present any ID. After he left we realized that the man not only DID NOT FIX ANYTHING, HE ALSO HAD KILLED AN OUTLET THAT WAS WORKING.
I have written email messages, I have left many phone calls. But the Dominion style is to confront you bully you be rude to you ridicule you and if nothing worked they would say:
This is not covered under your contract??? this is totally a bizarre case. They are drawing money on my Duquesne bill and do not feel responsible to do the services they promise. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL OFFICE SO YOU CAN GO AND CONFRONT THEM. THEY ARE FACELESS CO WHICH ONLY CARES FOR YOUR MONEY. HOW DO I PURSUE THESE GUYS?? thanks
