Claimant says:
"Direct tv installed my dish and wiring incorrectly and in a mer that could have caused my house to burn down and they tried to charge me to come fix it. They have been here twice to fix the problem and eventually made me get a new box. Also the people I've spoken with LIE and tell you what you wanna here but in reality they do whatever they want. What kind of reputable business handles business this way. Its criminal! Is that how it's done, come out and install it wrong so you can make an extra $50 later when it has to be fixed? Have some pride in how people think of your company. I spent 45 minutes on the phone (not including the first time when they hung up on me) and all that had gotten accomplished was changing the number on the account. Unless direct tv is gonna start paying our phone bills this is unacceptable!"
