Claimant says:
"I have been a customer of Direct TV since 2001 and currently have three accounts with them.
Account #1 is in San Diego,CA since 2001. Account #2 since 2013 in Searchlight, NV and account # 3 is in Lancaster, CA since May, 2014. I am moving account #3 to another town in CA on September 1, 2014 and contacted Direct TV to relocate my service to the new town. I received a flyer from Direct TV stating that as I was such a loyal customer I qualified for a $0 cost move. When I called Direct TV to confirm the move dates they said that my cost for the move will be $235.88 even though I have a $0 cost move flyer from them. They stated that as I was a new customer (May, 2014) the flyer that I received from them didn't apply to my move. I gave them the DTV account numbers of my other services but they said there was nothing they could do. The very fine print at the bottom of the flyer disclaims the entire flyer
offer, so why mail it to me knowing that I am moving? I think it is a sham."
