Claimant says:
"I changed car insurance companies from Direct to Infinity last July. The Representative at Direct on Normandy Blvd.. got very irate with me when I called to let him know what I was doing. He told me if I did he was going contact Tallahassee and tell them I had no insurance. He was very rude, His name was Tony. I told him 1 month in advance. I contacted Infinity and they told me he was probably just having a bad day. He lied about the date my insurance was due. I found out today He sent something to Tallahassee and my license was suspended because of his rudeness and lies. There was no gap in my insurance and I told him I was changing. My license should not be suspended and he even told me to bring my tag to him?? I am an honest person. He yelled at me and hung up."

  • 07-18-2016 — Direct Insurance dishonst and has bullied and told me I had to stay with them when I notified them That I was changing car insurance companies. Tony at Direct irately to me he was going to get me and I found out today taht hesent something to Tallahassee to have my lisence suspended and my tag tevoked If I tried to change compasnies.
  • 12-12-2016 — The above was July. I only found out today what he did.
