Claimant says:
"My husband and I were in Ruidoso, New Mexico for a long week-end last week. We have always enjoyed Dennys so we decided to eat there when we got into town. There were very few customers in the store but we waited for about 10 minutes waiting to be seated. Finally a man who seemed to be in charge came up, swung his arms around and said _" I just don't have time for this- there is a table over there if you want it". I thought that that was very bad customer service but we gave him the benefit of the doubt. He finally brought a menu and finally came to take our order which was breakfast food that should have been fast to make. After waiting well over 30 minutes he came to the table and said it should be ready soon. I asked him if the cook had started and if she had not we would leave. He asked and found out that she had started but had more to do. I told him that it should have been done by now and it was bad customer service and asked if she was a new cook. He said she was the manager as the cook had called in. Finally we got our meal and then when we were ready to check out the man was talking to someone he knew and would not bring out check to us. I have never had such poor customer service at a Dennys and will not go back to that one and will discourage other friends from stopping there. As I said, we should have walked out when he was so rude to us when we went in when the store was not busy."
