  • We have been in business for more than 10 years, and we want to resolve all clients needs. This is untrustworthy client that we fixed the stove to, he has change the story of this problem. He sold the stove to a third party that lives off the area we cover. He picked up to stove from our shop, we did not deliver. we offered him to bring the stove to the shop so that we could fix it, and he disagreed to bring it, instead he threaten us and tried to bullied us. We don't tolerate that. In that scenario we decided not to do business with this client so we told him, and he agreed to this as well, to bring the stove back so we would take our parts back and give him back his money. Then a couple of days later he shows up to the store and says he paid someone to fix the machine for $160 and he wanted us to return the 300 we charged him to fix the machine. And wants us to pay this guy, we asked him we need the parts we put in to return the money. Thats what we agreed before and he said the guy he sold the stove to did not allowed him.

The story is long and complicated but i have witnesses where he denies to return the parts we put in the stove. At first, He claimed that he paid $160 to the other guy he hired, but now he claims he paid him $300.
Our conclusion of this client is that he wants to keep the parts put in and keep the money as well.

We agree to refund the costumer as long as he brings the stove so we can take our parts.

We want to do what is right, and return his money but we want our parts back.
