Claimant says:
"on 2/15/14, I stopped in for my routine car washing.I also purchased a detail washing to be used at a later time. Unfortunately, when I was waiting at the receiving end for my brand new 2014 Kia Sorento the entire rear end was smashed. Your facility manager, Spencer Sire, filled out the damage ticket with the visible damage of rear bumper, trim and rear hatch. The resolution was for Danny's to repair the vehicle and as stated on the ticket to pay for the rental car as well. I have since stopped into your facility, spoken with your new manager. He has contacted the corporate office. I know he has spoke with Tonya @ 480-505-5900 in which she was to return my call. This was 3 weeks ago. I have since left a voicemail for Tonya and still have not heard back. I am still looking for reimbursement for my rental car of $625.70, the detail car wash I paid for that obviously I will not be returning to get of $99.99. My car insurance (USAA) had not been paid either of $4790.72 of which includes my deductible of $500."
