"his card I opened better my credit.. if I wanted $ they charged a fee of 9.98 cents which made the money available next day. This happened 4 times however this was false and the money was 10 to 12 days to clear...then I called to close and told couldn't close, then argued 30 minutes because I had a small balance on card and put extra 230. 00 on card and told I'd get 75.00 back then finally sorted it out to get back 137.00 back which was still rip off but said OK told 8 to ten weeks. now today Feb 16 the received a letter call we need to see peak yo you an they want to investigate my 25.00 refund but can't until I call back end of March 2016... now complete rip off. Of this company and I BBC will never see a pennny of trumped up sur charges that they now have fatten all my refund money up..I should hope that you could intervene. I talked with a supervisor who called me a liar that it was always just 25.00 and still no date for bit and I hung up.. please solve this mess me. this card takes and takes your available money in charges that they dream up when convenient for them and impossible to talk to or cancel this card with being out all the extra money I paid to use they want and are keeping.. live on fixed income elder and feel this is scam and abuse of elderly....Donovan mavrwen 997 Johnnie dodds Blvd apt 811 my. pleasant dc 29464 843 442 5551 or 843-606-2533.
