Claimant says:
"I purchased a product a sectional sofa at Creative Furniture Galleries store in Paramus, and I was very upset to find that it did not work as expected.
The product is defective. The couch is comprised of several pieces and broke four times . One corner of the sectional got broke after three months of the delivery.The quality of the product i purchased is poor and substandard. One piece was sent to be repaired and it broke again after it was received. I have repeatedly requested a full refund and have never gotten an answer from the company. I wonder how they could allow such a product to hit shelves at all.
I will not stand for spending my hard-earned money on an item that it continues to break.Under normal circumstances, I would simply return this item to the store, but I was told that this is not an option, I do not believe that I am asking for much in return for my time and effort, as all I want is my money back.I really do not want to be rude, but the quality of this product is nowhere near what I would expect from a company like yours and I believe that this should be dealt with as soon as possible.t I expect a certain quality in return for my money and you are no longer providing this for me.
I do not feel that I am being unreasonable with my request. All I am asking is my money back, or at least 50% of my $ 3200 purchase.
I am very upset with my purchase and I think this is a unique case that deserves to go to Court."

  • Unfortunately our furniture has only a one year warranty unless a customer chosses to buy an additional protection plan. Merita Muja did not buy an additinal warranty and since there was a demage on one of her furniture pieces after a year of usage, her claim has been denied. We can still assist the client and get the demaged furniture piece fixed for her but there will be a charge for it that Merita Muja does not want to pay.
