"I ordered an arrangement on Feb 3, 2015 to be delivered to my daughters work on Feb 10, 2015 for flower arrangement #T15V1108..with six red roses and 6 pink tulips and baby's breath...On the 10th of Feb they called me at 1:50 pm saying they were waiting for the pink tulips and suggested to put red tulips and pink roses instead..I said to go ahead and get it delivered...when the flowers were delivered the arrangement was put in a cheap generic vase NOT the vase I had ordered..and it was poorly done...This business has been around for years and I had always respected them...something has happened to them...will NEVER use them in the future for ANYTHING!..."
