Claimant says:
"They had no idea how to set up a Rinnai water heater with the Rinnai Air Handler heater. We bought this system to have more room in our storage room & we now have less !!!! The copper pipe used is ran all over & looks like a maze. The output pipe has to many bends in it according to Rinnai specs & they did not even bother to contact Rinnai on the problems that were occurring. There is to much moisture build up because of to many bends on the output pipe. There should have been another outlet installed closer to the water heater because they stretched out the cord to the max to reach an outlet & that has taken up space as well. They were in a hurry to get this in before the year ended & were rushing,not even asking us where we wanted the heater mounted ! Rinnai received no calls from them either as far as installing the system not according to Rinnai specs. We feel we need our money back for there professionalism & hassle we now have in our storage room ! They even had the wrong setting on the water heater for this altitude ! With our money back we can have the system put in the right way by a company that is professional, knowledgeable & caring."
