Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"thereOn 2-2-2017 Tom Rozario a computer tech from this company called me stating that they owe me $200.00 that they had over charged me on my credit card then he put Robert Morales on the phone telling me to turn on my computer and that they will do the rest, they took control of my computer and I seen where he was adding money to my Bank of America from there Chase account, there bank showed where they deposited $1,200.00 in my account for which I never received my money, Mr. Morales then told me that I need to go to Wal Mart and replace the $1,000.00 bank in itune cards. I spent my last $900.00 that I had for my medicine and my doctor appointments on those cards. I had to call in each number on the card to give them there money back. I told me not to worry that I would get my money back and now I have nothing. Can you help me get my money back please.I have all the cards and my receit and where they had texted me if a number was not right, plus I have information from where they were getting the money to transferred. Mr. Morales even changed the pass code on my account cause I did not remember it."
