Claimant says:
"I was forced off the road into the median by their vehicle and driver and their insurance company would not pay my automobile damages despite the highway patrol citing their driver with improper lane change.I contacted the company and insurance company more than once explaining what happened,but they blew me off I think because they could get away with it, and even made little remarks like it was my bad driving, saying that their driver was a professional, even though I had a CDL driving license not many years back. I have driven over 50 years without any serious accidents. If I hadn't taken evasive action both vehicles would have been damaged,and probably bodily injury. Instead of their company being glad that I saved them vehicle damages, and more than likely bodily injury, I got nothing but a damaged vehicle to the tune of over $4,100 dollars."
