Claimant says:
"I tried to close my account and was told by the representative I spoke with in order to do so I needed to pay the total of the bill which was $29.90 which I did ...then yesterday I got another bill in the amount of $59.80 equaling 2 payments on an account that was supposedly closed...today I tried calling them and the representative I spoke with was very rude...when she asked about the cancelled check and I told her I could not find it she made a smart remark like "well isn't that convenient" and I said well you don't have to get nasty about it at which time she hung up on me! They keep sending magazines that I DO NOT WANT! especially since my account is supposed to be closed...I just don't know what to do at this point but I do know they' are not getting another dime from me....I'm starting to think they are a scam...please help with this situation...they're likely doing this to others as well ..Thank you for your attention to this matter..."

    The Claimant should be refunded the $29.90 for their troubles and the Claimant should receive a receipt showing the account has been closed and the balance due is zero.
