Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I returned x-ray films that were ordered by mistake but the company does not want to
give even store credit so I can order correct X-ray film and pay the difference.We can not talk to any one on phone we have sent 6 e-mail and certified letter with no reply what so ever. My order no with company is 127408 and my account no 017642"

  • I wrote this customer on multiple occasions asking what was wrong. We show the film being delivered almost 2 months ago and nothing was wrong. I asked what we could do and to find out what the matter was with no response. We are an internet company with hundreds of orders a day and no complaints about our service. We are still available to help with the situation as we have been, simply email me at addison@bestbuydental.com and I will be more than happy to find out what is wrong and resolve the matter. Thanks.

  • I read reply from Chicago Dental I do not have Gmail.Thier initial reply to return x-ray film was sent through Yahoo.com on Nan 26 I have copy. I do not have any problem with film I just ordered wrong flim which I returned
    at my expence and all I need store credit as they promise so I CAN ORDER
    correct FILM XDF58 instead 54 and PAY the differnce but Even to-day(3/14/12) I do not have credit in my account. If they realy care they should
