Claimant says:
"CHASE BANK wrote me letters to lower now the points on my home.I went to Chase bank 6000 NORTH ORACLE ROAD and spoke to GUSTAVO MOLINA.on MARCH 21/11 and paid from my Wells Fargo bank account 395.00$ To have my points lowered . Mr Molino convinced me to do a refinace of 15 years . He asked me for two years of tax returns and three months of bank statements and did a credit check which was excellent.Carol Swango my accountant provided him with these papers . Then I received a letter saying I did not have enough money.My tax returns show that I make money threw investments and inheritance I receive. . When I called the main office of Chase bank I was told that Mr Molino never handed in my tax forms AND WROTE THE PAPERS UP WRONG That was the reason I was denied . Many times I went to the Chase bank to look for his supervisor .they are always in a meeting . I was given a telephone no. ,There is a message he doesn't pick up his calls to leave a message which i did. No calls returned. Also Mr. Molino wrote up the papers on the strength of me being a good artist but I told him that making money in art in Tucson was next to impossible and explained all that I have done."
