Claimant says:
"A rep from Spectrum solicited our business and talked us into switching from Cinti Bell. He advised at least 3 times nothing would change, we would not lose our email. Which I questioned several times due to it being Cinti Bell's email. Well, he lied. Cinti Bell turned off our email, we are a business that relies on emails and can't turn it back on until Spectrum cancels ports. I have called Spectrum 3 times to cancel. On 1/16/18 called that morning for the 2d time and canceled once again but someone showed up today on behalf of Spectrum to drop the line for their installation. So I called back, spoke with another rep and he said it was canceled but "I" needed to speak with the porting dept to cancel that. He transferred me to porting to cancel (not sure why I had to do their work). Spoke with a Don and advised him that I need to cancel the porting and he asked me why I needed my email, and why was I losing business, then he hung up on me. I don't really want anything from this problem other than it be noted that Spectrum is a terrible company and I will never use this company and make it a life long mission to advise anyone to not use them!!!! We have now been without our email since Thursday, January 11, 2017 and losing money every day."
