Claimant says:
"We hired Keller Tree Service to trim two small trees in the front yard. One tree had been about 2/3 trimmed by another company when their equipment broke so we called Keller Tree Service. The first company was charging $100 to trim both trees. Keller charged $150 to do one and a third trees. And. . . they did a terrible job. I called them 5 times to talk about it and asked them to come back and finish the job they started. The one small tree looked terrible, they took way too much off so the tree won't bloom at all now, they didn't do the top of the tree and left all kinds of branches sticking out in all directions. And, worst of all, they won't return my calls. I think they took advantage of my 90 year old mother who was here alone when they came. I never would have paid them $150 for the job they did. They owe us our money back - or least part of it! They ruined my tree."
