"In Dec of 2015 we gave Mr. Chad Mitchell two checks totaling $12,500 as a deposit on extensive repairs to our home, including foundation, plumbing, and a complete kitchen makeover. He did NONE of the work, and despite repeated attempts to get our money back, he has made kept all of it. We have finally had no choice but to go to the police and file a criminal charge against him in July of 2016. There is an outstanding warrant for his arrest in this matter."
