"A Complaint Against CenturyLink
I have the internet service from CenturyLink since Nov. 9th, 2016. the agreement was according to their add that says: Low Cost High Speed $19.95 / month for 12 months contract with speed up to 20 Mbps.
I told them I am going to buy my modem and I don't want you to send me any modem but they said they are going to send one and said if you don't use it, just send it back. I bought my modem before I received theirs. At United Parcel I opened the box because they told me the return form is inside the box. 
On the first bill I found that they charged me for a lot of things as follows:

* Even I told them I can make the installation by myself, they agreed upon that but they did not give me the right number to do so and they insisted to send someone to install it and I made sure with them that this should be with no charge and they agreed because they admit it might be their fault. The installer came with a piece of paper and a different number and it worked in 2-3 minutes. That’s all what he took to make the installation.
On January 2017 they added what they call it Related Monthly Charges  $3.99
The Internet Monthly Charges without AutoPay & Paperless Bill                                $24.95
Based on this to get the price of $19.95 as advertised I have to make the AutoPay and I did that on March 2017
 
On April 4th 2017 I found an over charge of $22.66 for Service Additions & Changes, even I did not have any changes (everything is the same).
The total Internet for the month of April 2017 went up to $50.74
