"I ORDERED AN OVERSIZED CASKET FROM THEM,TO BE DELIVERED TO A MORTUARY IN LAS VEGAS NEV. HOWEVER THE DAY THAT IT WAS TO BE THERE (ONE &A HALF DAYS BEFORE THE SERVICES) IT WAS DISCOVERED TO HAVE BEEN LOST. THE SHIPPING COMPANY TELLS US THAT THEY WILL REIMBURSE FOR IT WITH IN 30 DAYS AND TO BUY ANOTHER CASKET. WE ARE NOT RICH PEOPLE , SO WE HAD THE CHARGES REVESRED TO DO THAT. IN MEAN TIME IT WAS FOUND AND DELIVERED HOURS BEFORE THE SERVICES THAT WERE TO TAKE PLACE IN CALIFORNIA,WHEREAS THE MORTUARY WAS KIND ENOUGH TO BRING IT THERE AFTER THE BODY HAD ALREADY BEEN BROUGHT TO CALIFORNIA. WHEN THE CASKET ARRIVE AND UNCRATED, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT IT WAS'NT AND OVERSIZE CASKET AT ALL THE MEASUREMENTS WERE NOT WHAT WAS PAID FOR NOR WAS IT THE RIGHT COLOR. I HAVE LEFT MANY VOICEMAILS WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY WON'T RETURN CALLS, WHEN I DID SPEAK TO THEM THEY JUST DENYIED EVERYTHING. HOW EVER THE MONEY HAS BEEN REVERSED BACK TO THEM,BUT I DONT THING THAT I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I DID'NT GET AND THAT ME AND MY FAMILY SHOULD HAVE HAD TO UNDERGO SUCH TERMOIL AT A TIME SUCH AS THIS.THEY SEEMED VERY THOUGHTLESS AND UNCARING."

    The individual filing this complaint has nothing to do with the order according to the records filed with us at time of purchase.
