Claimant says:
"On Sept. 25'14 I was approved for a $1500 loan by Cash Advance in LA, California.
Phone # 818-814-8460 Most conversation took place with loan officer Mark Anderson.
I was ask to send $107 (monthly payment) to get the loan started. I paid by a green moneypak card #6800-4217-2713-92 purchased at Kroger 9/25/14at 10:23am
Then I was asked to send $150. (I was told this will be returned with the loan amount)
I sent another green moneypak card:#813-543-5658-9935 purchased at Kroger on 9/26/14 at 12:57pm. but that was not enough either. They had the nerve to ask me how much money I had in my checking account!! I asked what the hell that had to do with the loan and it was none of their business. And I had to send another $290. in order to get the transaction going. I asked my $107. + $150. back but they said is was on hold and could not be returned.
I replied that if they won't/can't return the money I would notify police and BBB. The police couldn't do anything about it, I was told. I have not contacted the BBB. but will if things are not resolved.
In the meantime they called me two days ago and asked if I was going to send them the $290.
I FEEL TAKEN WITH A SCAM. - WANT MY MONEY BACK!! -- PLEASE HELP.
