Claimant says:
"I filled out a pay day loan online and they called me. Saying that I could have a 2,500.00 loan. Send us a $350.00 fee for the proof of paying back the loan. I did this and then they kept asking for other fees and kept increasing my loan amount and status. I am still dealing with the man Christopher Charles. 845-477-5883. Greenwood Lake, New York. I am now considered a commercial loan for $7,500.00. Loan MA009015 for
55 months@s150.00. 6% interest total payment $8,250.00. To this day i have no loan but they have $4635.00 of my money that I have asked for a refund and mr Charles is refusing to send me the money due me. He told me to send him $350.00 for the refund and I did on January 6, 2016. Then he told me to send another $210.00 for a dormant file to be open from October 6, 2015 because I ran out of money to get this loan so I did . Using MONEY GRAM each time. As you see i have paid more than half of the pay back amount with out getting the initial loan. Now mr Charles wants $250 telling me that he can not send the money in one transaction to my account so to refund my money to my bank account it must be done with additional paperwork and I have to pay for this. I have refused today and told him that this is a scam and I would notify you and the police and he said he doesn't care. I need help with this."

  • I received a call from Mr Charles and he is still telling me he needs $250.00 to refund my money. An they will send me refund through MONEY GRAM not through my account as previously stated. He said without this $250.00 I don't want a refund and I don't want my money returned. No further communication to resolve this matter.

  • May 16, 2016, Claiming party added:

  • Mr Charles called me to insist I send the $250.00 For a refund but I must use money gram to send this money to him . This was done in April I told him I am not sending any money to him. He still informed me that I will not get my money back unless I pay . I have no way of sending to this man because I don't trust that he will send my money to me through Western Union as he claims that's the only way he can return my money. The reason why I don't trust them is that's what they pulled on me before send him money and they'll give me the loan send the money and they'll increase my loan upon doing this before I have not received anything to this date being May 16 2016. All I want is my money return to me they have used my money all these months as we all know corporations do.
